I had just done my Mussoorie Vacation trip through Mr. Pawan ji also i had done Manali trip last year, he is a great trip organizer. He provides the best Mussoorie package to me, including hotel and transport, and everything is always well managed. He follows up many times and stays in touch regularly. Attached screenshot of booking because they said I posted it by mistake. They are completely fraud. I decided to cancel my booking from delhi to agra because my friend told me their tour is just horrible, and as per their cancellation poilcy I was to get 50% refund for my booking if I cancel before 24 hours, which I did. But they are not answering my calls anymore,not replying to email or whatsapp. Also review from my friend- Their tour is just focused on making money by forcing u to buy from souvenior shops which are clearly overpriced, taking you to some small temples where pujaris will force you to pay 2000 rs donation.
