Suggested Tour Itinerary
Day 01: Arrive Delhi (By: Train/Flight – TBA) – Delhi – Dalhousie (approx. 590 Kms/13-14 hrs)
Meal: No meals.
Arrive Delhi, meet upon arrival and proceed for overnight drive to Dalhousie.
Located in the lush green surroundings of Chamba district in Himachal Pradesh, Dalhousie is a serene town that still has its natural beauty well preserved.
Day 02: Arrive Dalhousie
Meal: Dinner only.
Morning arrive Dalhousie.
Upon arrival proceed to check in the hotel.
Standard check in time 1200 hrs.
Later enjoy a sightseeing tour of Dalhousie visiting Panchpula, Satdhara Falls, Laxmi Narayan Temple, St. John’s Church, Gandhi Chowk and Mall Road.
Dinner and overnight hotel.
Day 03: Dalhousie – Chamba – Khajjiar – Dalhousie
Meals: Breakfast & Dinner.
After breakfast proceed for excursion to Chamba and Khajjiar.
Khajjiar is located 24 km away from Dalhousie and is nicknamed the ‘Mini Switzerland’ of India.
Later continue your visit to Chamba, a beautiful hill station that is laden with many beautiful places. There are many temples and beautiful places that you can visit here.
After the visit drive back to hotel.
Dinner and overnight hotel.
Day 04: Dalhousie – Dharamshala (approx. 120 Kms/4 hrs)
Meals: Breakfast & Dinner.
After breakfast proceed to drive to Dharamshala.
Dharamshala stands at the foot of the Dhauladhar ranges and has a magnificent view of snowy peaks, deodar and pine forests, tea gardens and beautiful hills. This hill town shot to fame after His Holiness the Dalai Lama took shelter here.
Upon arrival proceed to check in the hotel.
Later proceed for a sightseeing tour of Dharamshala visiting HPCA Cricket Stadium, Namgyal Monastery, Dalai Lama Temple, St. John in the Wilderness Church, Norbulingka Institute, Bhagsunag Temple, Bhagsunag Waterfall, Naddi View Point and Mall Road.
Dinner and overnight hotel.
Day 05: Dharamshala – Delhi (approx. 480 Kms/11-12 hrs) – Depart Delhi (By: Train/Flight – TBA)
Meal: Breakfast only.
After buffet breakfast proceed for drive back to Delhi.
Upon arrival drop at railway station or airport for onward journey.

- · Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

- INCREDIBLE INDIA HOLIDAYS reserves the right to modify itineraries and/or substitute hotels of a reasonably similar quality, when available, should circumstances beyond our control deem it necessary.
- In case any of the hotels we have included in the price is not available, we shall suggest the best alternate hotel available and announce the supplement or reduction applicable for the same.
- In case of any currency fluctuations or amendment in local Government taxes, or any fuel hike, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly.
- Deposits imposed by Incredible India Holidays/vendors will be charged when they occur. Full payment of deposits is due as per submitted invoice.
Terms & Conditions
- If any of the above-mentioned sightseeing points are closed due to renovation / weekly closed / any other reason, the closed sightseeing point will not be covered on another day. Also note that no alternate sightseeing will be covered for that closed sightseeing point.
- Any cost arising due to acts of God, terrorism or threats of terrorism, civil disorder, strikes, lockouts, server and network failure, riots, acts of war, cyclones, tsunami, earthquakes, inclement weather conditions, any other natural disasters, disease (If anything happens, cancellation / extra charges will be applicable as per Individual hotel's policy and Transportation policy.)

Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Cancellation requests must be sent to us in writing (email or WhatsApp).
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 07 working days to the original payment method, after deducting any non-recoverable charges already paid to hotels, transporters or other suppliers.
- No refund is given for unused services, no-shows, late arrival, or early departure from the tour.
- If we cancel a tour for any reason within our control, you can choose a full refund or a rescheduled tour.
Changes by the Customer
- Requests to change travel dates or the number of travelers are subject to availability and may involve extra charges.
- During High season dates changes made less than 15 days before departure may be treated as a cancellation.

- It's essential to have some extra funds available in case of unforeseen events.

- The above-mentioned hotels will be confirmed as per the room availability. Otherwise, we will confirm a similar category hotel.
- Itinerary might be rearranged as per hotel availability at the time of booking.
Important Note
- If any of the above-mentioned sightseeing points is closed due to renovation / weekly closed / any other reason, the closed sightseeing point will not be covered on another day. Also note that no alternate sightseeing will be covered for that closed sightseeing point.
- In No Parking Zones, the vehicle will get parked in an available parking area. In such a case, you will have to wait for the vehicle to come to your designated area. Please be patient as the driver will have to come through traffic. Please coordinate with the driver.
- In case hotels do not have parking places & vehicles cannot be parked in front of the gates for a longer period. The guests should wait at the reception 5 minutes before the departure to avoid the inconveniences.
- Due to vehicle parking difficulty, most of the areas are restricted to vehicle entry & specific time is allotted for entries. Kindly be patient and follow the time as advised to you.
- The vehicle is not on disposal.
- Please inform the guests to travel with minimum luggage for a comfortable travel.
- Hotel Check-in time 14:00 hrs / Hotel Check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
- In case hotels do not have a lift facility and the guest will have to climb stairs. In case any guest is having problem of blood pressure, knee or other ailment for which they cannot climb the higher floors they will have to intimate us during the time of booking so that we can try to arrange rooms at the lowest possible floor of the hotel enabling the guest to climb the minimum number of stairs.
- It is mandatory that guests should carry photo proof identity cards such as Voter Id / Passport / Driving License and passport size photograph. (Aadhaar Card / PAN Card are not considered as valid ID proof). A Birth Certificate is required for the Children below 18 years.
